1. Information We Access and How We Use It

To provide core launcher functionalities, Space Launcher requests access to certain sensitive permissions. None of this data is ever collected, transmitted to our servers, sold, or shared with third parties. All processing occurs strictly locally on your device.

• Contacts (READ_CONTACTS): We access your contacts solely to allow you to search for and dial contacts directly from the launcher's universal search bar and to power the Speed Dial Widget. This data is indexed locally and never leaves your device.
• Calendar (READ_CALENDAR): We access your calendar events exclusively to display your upcoming schedule in the Agenda Widget. This data is read temporarily for display purposes and is not stored or transmitted.
• Notifications (BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE): We require Notification Access to display media playback controls (Music & Video Widgets), power the Audio Visualizer, and show active app alerts (Notifications Widget). Notification content is processed in real-time on your device and is never logged or uploaded.
• App Usage (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): We use usage statistics to power the Smart Suggestions Widget (displaying your most frequently used apps) and to facilitate the Mindful Pause intervention features. This calculation is performed entirely on your device's local storage.
• Storage & Media (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / Media Permissions): We request storage access to allow you to set custom images from your gallery as your launcher wallpaper or custom app icons.
• Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT): Space Launcher does not scan for, track, or connect to nearby Bluetooth devices. This permission is used solely to read the current status of your Bluetooth adapter (On or Off) to update the Quick Settings tile and allow you to tap the Bluetooth tile to prompt your phone to turn Bluetooth on or open the Bluetooth settings menu.

2. Data Collection and Sharing

We do not collect personal data. Because all core processing happens on your device, we have no databases containing your personal information, contacts, calendar events, or usage habits. Consequently, we do not and cannot sell or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services (Weather & Fonts)

The only time Space Launcher connects to the internet is for two optional features:

• Weather Widget — if enabled, the app may securely ping a third-party weather API using approximate location data (if granted) or a manually entered city name. No personally identifiable information is sent with these requests.
• Custom Font Downloads — if you choose to download additional fonts, the app fetches them from Google Fonts. No personal data is included in these requests.

Everything else works fully offline.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because Space Launcher does not collect or store your data on external servers, there is no account to delete. You maintain complete control over your data. To permanently delete any local preferences, hidden vault settings, or cached data generated by Space Launcher, you simply need to:

• Clear the app's data in your Android Settings (Settings > Apps > Space Launcher > Storage > Clear Data), or
• Uninstall the Space Launcher application from your device.

5. Security

We rely on the robust security mechanisms provided by the Android Operating System. Your locally stored preferences and Hidden Vault configurations are sandboxed within the app's private directory, protected by Android's native application sandboxing and your device's lock screen/biometric security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

8. Refund Policy

One-time purchase (Lifetime): Space Launcher Pro is a one-time purchase through the Google Play Store. All purchases and refunds are handled by Google per its standard terms and 48-hour refund window.

Monthly subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Google per its standard refund policy (typically within 48 hours of purchase).
