Qlaunch uses the Android Accessibility Service to auto-focus the keyboard and auto-open search results in your app drawer. By enabling this service, you consent to Qlaunch interacting with your launcher's UI elements. The Accessibility Service:
Qlaunch offers a "Lifetime Pro" in-app purchase for $2.99 USD (or equivalent local price). This is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to Pro features. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's terms of service.

The App integrates with third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity). These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapsD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App ($2.99 USD).
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
